Our work will truly speak for itself. We spent over a year creating and honing our cleaning approach, and it shows in the work we deliver. Our attention to detail is the best you will find. Each team member goes through extensive training on ‘our approach’ to cleaning. We have extremely high standards around what clean means and we ensure that everyone understands what that is. Our cleaning products are also top of mind, we take great pride in what we clean with. The products we choose are vetted for their quality, ingredients, and environmental impact. We only use truly eco-friendly products. The cleanliness and quality of our client’s homes is our top priority.

Another thing that sets us apart is that we view our clients as partners and we create trusting, long-term relationships. When we first start working together, we create an extensive cleaning plan that outlines the work we will be doing, the expected time it will take, and what the cost will be. We want to ensure that we are in alignment and that expectations are clear. We also pride ourselves on great communication along the way. After each cleaning, we provide necessary feedback and are available for any follow-up that may arise. Another way that we deliver incredible service is by offering semi-annual check-ins with each client which provide a dedicated time to connect and review how things are going. Our goal is not only to help each client maintain the cleanliness of their home but the quality as well. We become key partners in maintaining our clients’ homes!

We are a passionate team that cares about each other and the work that we do. Service and heart are at the core of our work. We spend quality time as a team each month reviewing clients' work, discussing opportunities for growth and improvement, and listening to each other’s needs. We have systems in place for seamless communication to keep each other in the loop on cleaning done at each client’s home. We value continuous improvement in all areas and work hard to always better serve our clients. We truly work as a team to serve each client!
