We will schedule a free consultation to review your needs and the timeline of when the cleaning needs to be completed. From there, we will create an estimate of the time it will take and what the cost will be. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will schedule the work.

When cleaning your home on a one-time basis, the actual cleaning time can differ from the original estimate. There are variables that affect the length of cleaning time that may be difficult to see on the surface level. The estimate serves as a ballpark figure to give you an idea of what the project will cost. We keep you updated as we are doing the cleaning to let you know if we are on target for time, or if we estimate it will be longer or shorter than the original estimate. If our time is going to vary by a large degree, we discuss the plan together to ensure the result exceeds your expectations and meets your budgeted goal.
