We will schedule a consultation, free of charge, to review your needs and the timeline of when the cleaning needs to be completed. From there, we will create an estimate of the time it will take and what the cost will be. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will schedule the work.

As we complete the work, we communicate if and when things arise that need your input or just need to be brought to your attention. If our actual cleaning time is going to differ by a significant degree from the original estimate, we will discuss the plan to ensure our cleaning exceeds your expectations and still fits your budget needs.
