tina, owner
Tina likes all things that involve a challenge. 100-mile bike rides, rock climbing, hockey, cold water plunges, strategy games, and more. It was while on a summer adventure in Montana that Tina first worked for a local cleaning business, cleaning vacation homes. She discovered her love for providing exceptional service to her clients. Returning to Minnesota, Tina took this passion and created MY Cleaning. Tina has spent the last several years nurturing her business into something that she is incredibly proud of; creating meaningful relationships with all of her clients, continuing to clean with the highest attention to detail, and building a wonderful team.

Shaena enjoys working at MY Cleaning because she enjoys the team, and loves getting to know our clients. One aspect of cleaning that is rewarding for Shaena is seeing our clients delighted with our work. Her favorite thing to clean is stainless steel as it is satisfying to see it go from a dull silver to a shiny sparkle! When Shaena is not working, she loves listening to audiobooks, working out at the gym, and spending time with her family and friends.

Mia enjoys working at MY Cleaning because she loves helping people by creating clean spaces for them to enjoy. Mia’s favorite cleaning jobs are post-construction cleans when the inside of a home or business is covered in dust and dirt, and we leave it sparkling clean. When Mia is not working, she loves hanging out with family and friends and traveling as much as she can. She also enjoys reading and listening to books and doing housework at home.

Alycia enjoys working at MY Cleaning because of the people - both the team and our clients. No matter what she’s cleaning, she finds satisfaction in seeing the end result. With many years of experience in the cleaning industry, Alycia finds this work motivating, as she prefers hands-on work over a desk job. Outside of work, she and her husband are avid ice anglers, and in the summer, she enjoys camping.
