tina, owner
Tina likes all things that involve a challenge. 100-mile bike rides, rock climbing, hockey, cold water plunges, strategy games, and more. It was while on a summer adventure in Montana that Tina first worked for a local cleaning business, cleaning vacation homes. She discovered her love for providing exceptional service to her clients. Returning to Minnesota, Tina took this passion and created MY Cleaning. Tina has spent the last several years nurturing her business into something that she is incredibly proud of; creating meaningful relationships with all of her clients, continuing to clean with the highest attention to detail, and building a wonderful team.
alycia, cleaning specialist
Alycia enjoys working at MY Cleaning because of the people - both the team and our clients. No matter what she’s cleaning, she finds satisfaction in seeing the end result. With many years of experience in the cleaning industry, Alycia finds this work motivating, as she prefers hands-on work over a desk job. Outside of work, she and her husband are avid ice anglers, and in the summer, she enjoys camping.

Sophie loves what she does at MY Cleaning because she finds joy in inspiring a smile in each of our clients, and allowing them to come home to a clean house. Her passion for cleaning and connecting with others motivates her everyday. Her favorite area of a home to clean are bathrooms because she enjoys seeing the improvement from start to finish. Outside of work, she spends most of her time studying, as she is majoring in marketing, as well as taking care of her cat, Millie. Sophie’s favorite inspirational quote is “Do something today that your future self will thank you for”.

Kylee loves her work at MY Cleaning because it is very rewarding helping our clients feel happy and comfortable in their homes. She has always loved cleaning as a way to focus and destress, and being able to help others while doing this is a win-win. Kylee’s favorite area of the home to clean are living rooms. It is often where a lot of time is spent at home, and it is satisfying when it looks fresh and sparkling when we are finished cleaning! Outside of work, Kylee loves to spend time in nature going on hikes, taking road trips, and being creative at home sketching or crafting.

Katie loves working at MY Cleaning because of the satisfaction that comes from transforming a space and leaving it spotless. Her motivation for her work comes from the sense of accomplishment of seeing immediate results, the ability to provide a valuable service that makes others’ lives easier, and the opportunity to be part of a team that values professionalism and attention to detail. Katie’s favorite area of the home to clean is the kitchen, specifically the appliances, because she loves seeing the shine when they are freshly cleaned. Outside of work, she enjoys playing guitar, playing volleyball with friends, snowboarding, and thrifting. Katie’s favorite inspirational quote is “Let all that you do be done in love”. 1 Corinthians 16:14
