what is included in a cleaning?
Our service is individually customized. During your intake process, we clearly define what areas of your home will be cleaned, and to what level of detail.
what areas do you serve?
Our service is based in Buffalo, MN. The radius in which we serve recurring cleaning clients is approximately 25 miles from the center of Buffalo. We will travel further for one-time cleaning on a case-by-case basis.
how much does it cost?
All of our service costs are based on time. Because every home is unique and each homeowner’s cleaning preferences are unique, it is difficult to provide a standard cost for service. Our hourly rate for one-time cleaning, including moving cleaning and post-construction cleaning, is $55/hour + sales/use tax. Our hourly rate for recurring cleaning service is $45/hour + sales/use tax. Before we provide you with an estimate, we will conduct an in-person or over-the-phone consult to get more information about your cleaning needs.
who will be cleaning my home?
Any one of our team members may be cleaning your home. Each of our team members is thoroughly trained and upholds the same level of quality standards.
do you offer cleaning on the weekend?
We currently clean during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.), Monday - Friday. If you have a
one-time need for a specific weekend day, please reach out and we will consider your request.
do i need to be home during the cleaning?
We are flexible and are ok with you either at home or not home during the cleaning. We leave the preference to each client.
who supplies the cleaning products?
We supply all cleaning products and equipment. If you have a preference for a specific product, we are happy to use the product if you supply it.
dogs — do they need to be kenneled?
If you are not home and your dog is, we ask that they are kenneled or in a space separate from where we are cleaning. If you are home and able to welcome us into your home, we are ok with your dog being around.
are you insured?
We are fully insured. We carry general liability coverage with an endorsement to cover if we accidentally damage your property due to our cleaning methods. We also carry work comp insurance which covers our employees if they get injured while on the job.
are you bonded?
We are not currently bonded. We are in the process of obtaining quotes and plan to be bonded by late spring 2025.
do you conduct background checks?
Yes, we perform background checks on new employees.
what happens if something is missed, or we are not happy with the cleaning results?
We guarantee the results from our cleaning. If you are not happy with the results, or we missed something, please call us within 24 hours and we will come back out to your home to fix it, free of charge.
is there anything you won’t clean?
For the health and safety of our team, and to avoid cross-contamination, we do not clean the following: animal waste, bodily fluids/human waste, large amounts of mold, litter boxes, or areas where smoking occurs inside. If we see mold while we are cleaning, we will inform you of the location, and assess whether we can continue cleaning in your home or not.
